CREATION OF AN IP BALTIC COMPANY
To reinforce its development in the Baltic States - Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia - IP Arbo
creates its first 100% subsidiary: IP Baltic.
This new federative entity will be operational starting January 1996 and will replace IP
Arbo in the Baltic zone.
It will act as a provider of services for, on one hand, the three national companies IP
Riga, IP Vilnius and IP Tallinn in the fields of logistics, computer systems and
management and, on the other hand, for the market in the field of consulting.
To succeed in these missions, the Group renews its confidence to Andris
Mikhelsons, presently Managing Director of IP Riga, by appointing him head of IP
Baltic.
