of Havas Intermediation , a
100% subsidiary of the Havas group. Havas Intermediation is the new name
for IP Groupe S.A. and is based on 4 entities: an electronic distribution
network, Adways, a tool and
service providing structure for media, Peaktime,
a sales operator, IP and an
international representation network, IP Network.
Founding of a 50/50 joint-venture in India
between Havas Intermediation and Primetime's shareholders:
Primetime IP.
1997 IP Network enters in partnership with Attract, leading international sales company in Scandinavia which will represent IP Network's portfolio in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
