In the context of HAVAS INTERMEDIATION's geographical expansion, Hervé de Clerck is appointed International Director for America, Asia and Pacific zones. He will begin on April 30, 1997.

Hervé de Clerck benefits from international via his previous management positions with international industrial or communications groups, particularly American ones. Since 1991, he is iP France's Managing Director, and a member of the group's Strategic Committee.

His initial mission will be to develop then to manage group activities in the United States.

The new organization of IP France's management team - designed to maintain objectives and the development of IP sales activities on the French market - will be presented in the following days.
