IP GROUP INTERNAL MEMO 18/11/96

Valeriy A. Pikarevsky succeeds to Victor Eroshev at the head of IP Kiev. Indeed since Igor Pouryshev's departure in January 1996, Victor Eroshev, Sales Director of the Ukrainian joint-venture, had temporarily held the position of Managing Director.

Valeriy A. Pikarevsky has graduated from the Kiev State Institute of Culture and from the Kiev Institute of National Economy. From 1988 to 1990, he is Managing Director of EKO, a company specialized in economical and legal consulting. From 1990 to 1994, he holds the same position successively within the joint venture Ukrzovnischinform and Ukrainian Automobile Company, a company importing BMW in Ukraine. In November 1994 he becomes President of Avita Ltd, a company dealing in the field of construction. In September 1996, he joins the IP group as Managing Director of IP Kiev.
